Contest Rules
There will be one prizewinner. The winner
may select either the 2008 Ford Focus 4 door (includes all
standard safety equipment) or cash in the amount of $10,000. The
winner is required to pick up the car at Quincy Auto Center
in Quincy. The
price of the Ford Focus 4 door is guaranteed at Quincy Auto
Center in Quincy, CA for $12,900 which is the prize amount
paid by Plumas SOS to Quincy Auto Center. The winner
may select a different model Focus or alternative model car
but Plumas SOS will only pay $12,900 directly to the dealer
and the winner assumes any additional expenses. The
winner must pay all applicable sales taxes, registration
fees and any desired options that are not listed as standard
equipment. If Plumas SOS does not sell enough tickets
to offset the cost of the car, all purchasers will receive
a full refund of their contest ticket(s) purchase. Winner
need not be present at drawing. Contest is open to
citizens or permanent residents of the United States who
are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. There
is no limit to the number of tickets that may be purchased
by any individual. Void where prohibited.
